Registration fee will cover the following meals: coffee breaks, two lunches, one conference dinner and the welcome reception.

 

HOTEL

A special rate for a limited number of rooms has been secured at the venue hotel Sonesta Coconut Grove. The rate is $109 (plus applicable taxes and fees) for a standard room. This special rate is valid until July 15 and upon availability of standard rooms. The workshop participants are strongly encouraged to make their reservation as early as possible to get advantage of this low rate. The reservation will be handled directly from the hotel using the following options:

· Call directly the hotel reservation office (1-800 Sonesta) and state that you are participating at the 4th American Association for Wind Engineering Workshop

For Pre and Post Stay Requests:

Attendees should reserve contracted date(s) and room type available online. After reserving the room online, you should follow up with an email to the attention of Sonesta’s Group Coordinator, Gus Corral atgcorral@sonesta.com with your confirmation number requesting your respective pre and/or postdates (pre and post arrival/departures are strictly based on availability). Mr. Corral will respond to their request as soon as he is able to.  Please note that there is a daily $5 Service Fee.
